Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly. The whole guest house is decorated with very nice taste. There is a swimming pool and jucuzzi. 5 minutes walk to the main street where is full of restaurant. Breakfast is taste and good range.
Sound proof can be improved. And room is bit small.

The service was uniformly excellent and the location was great. Marius and Joe were always on hand to give advice and help out with the itinerary. The hotel was modern but stylish with high ceilings and great art deco furnishings. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the promenade which is where the locals chill-out by the beach. A longer walk takes you to the waterfront. So all in all great value

The room was a good size and had really comfy beds 🛏️. It also had a minibar and coffee, which was a nice touch. In terms of location, this place was just a short walk away from the waterfront and the 2 Oceans Aquarium. Plus, you could easily reach Robin Island and the waterfront area from here.

Mountview is easily accessible and close to the City bowl. Very easy to come and go as you please.
Breakfast was limited to continental and eggs. A full breakfast option would be good.

Seapoint is a good location for visiting the V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay and Table Mountain. Mountview Guest House serves a good breakfast, the staff is helpful is helping you organise your trip, the rooms we had was the smallest one, but good enough for its purpose.
